Business
hours are from 9 till 8 daily.
Identification is required at time of
check-in.
Due to overwelming demand for our rooms,
a minimum stay of 2 nights are required for the weekend (three or more
days for holidays).
Rates are based on
double occupancy and are subject to change. A $10.00 fee applies to each
additional guest . There is a 10.5% motel tax. Children six and under are free.
Pets are welcome at the Overlook but
please, no more than two per unit. There is a nightly $10.00 per pet fee.
We have a pet arrival kit with a sheet for covering the sleeping area and towels
and wash cloths for those sandy paws. Small trash bags are also available to
clean up after your dog, which is expected.
Firewood is provided for those unit
with wood burning
fireplaces.
A copy of the Oregonian is also
available daily.
Summer rates apply
from June 16 to September 29 and holidays.
Fall Rates apply
from September 30 to November 30.
Winter Rates apply
from December 1 to February 28.
Spring Rates apply
from March 1 to June 15.
Holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day and Independence Day.
Reservations are strongly recommended. A first night's
deposit is required on all reservations. A Master Card, Visa, or Debit card may
be used to secure your reservation. We will also accept an advance deposit in
the form of a check, cash or money order.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is not cancelled within the 48 hours of scheduled arrival, one
night's stay will be charged to your credit card. For holiday periods,
reservations must be cancelled at least seven days before check-in to avoid the
cancellation fee.
