There is a fully equipped and open, compact kitchen with a dining table and a lovely view. The private bedroom has a queen sized bed. The adjoining bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The hand-painted Scandinavian decor adds to the charm of this unit. A small cement patio to the side provides outside seating. With the queen sized hide-a-bed, this unit can accommodate four.

Soothing hues of blue and relaxing decor welcome visitors to this spacious unit.
The main living area, which includes a full sized canopy bed, sofa, two recliners, and a wood-burning fireplace, and has large windows with great views of the beach. The dining area also includes a good view and is part of a roomy kitchen with all of the comforts of home.
The bathroom includes a shower and adjoins a private bedroom with a full sized bed, and its own cable TV and VCR. A full sized futon is also available in this unit. Sleeping accommodations can be provided for six guests.
A roomy deck off the living area provides hours of outside enjoyment.

Unit 3
What a nice family gathering place!
This unit has an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with great views of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove-oven, microwave, and full sized dining table. There is plenty of room for everybody in this unit which sleeps six guests.
In addition to the new gas burning fireplace, there are two relaxing easy chairs, CD player and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living room. Off of the living area is an alcove with a queen size bed, a private bedroom with twin beds and the bathroom with a shower.
Outside amenities include a private deck with complete patio furniture and cement patio with picnic table.

Unit 4
This cute, little studio is compact, but the view is endless. A large picture window and a cozy little deck provide great ocean views.
This unit is furnished with a queen size bed, a twin size day bed, two comfortable chairs, and a small dinette table. The bathroom includes a shower.
The kitchenette has a two burner, stovetop, and mini refrigerator.

A great view awaits you in every room!
Large ocean front windows line this unit’s spacious cedar paneled living room, which is furnished with two easy chairs, a love seat, a hide-a-bed, and a fireplace. A comfortable, glass enclosed deck is easily accessible.
The dinette is situated in front of the windows adjacent to the well equipped kitchen. The private bedroom includes a queen size bed and roomy bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
For larger groups a separate annex is available with its own private entrance and deck. It is furnished with a full size bed and cable TV, and includes a private bathroom with a shower.
Unit 5 sleeps four guests, and with the addition of the annex can accommodate six comfortably.

The massive wood burning stone fireplace in the living room and the cabin-like kitchen give this unit it’s rustic ambiance.
The large living room has a hide-a-bed, two comfortable swivel chairs, and an adjacent alcove with twin love seats framed by front and side windows with ocean views.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjoined by a spacious, dining nook overlooking the beach.
There is a private bedroom with a full size bed and plenty of storage. The wonderfully old-fashioned bathroom is furnished with a claw footed bathtub.
This unit sleeps four guests.

Unit 7 "The Penthouse."
Up one level into a true charmer! This unit is decorated in a Scandinavian decor with an array of charming, hand-crafted, model boats, and collectibles with a Norwegian influence.
The penthouse is a cozy two room apartment with two beautiful, full sized canopy beds. Two recliner chairs are situated in front of a picture window with a magnificent view of the ocean. There is a gas, Vermont Casting fireplace and two comfortable, swivel chairs. A large, glass enclosed deck provides a vast view and shelter from the wind.
The well stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher and comfortable dining table. The bathroom has a shower.
This unit will comfortably sleep four guests.

Unit 8
Forty feet of floor to ceiling windows provide a majestic view of the mighty Pacific Ocean.
This spacious unit has a large living room with vaulted ceiling and a wood burning fireplace. It is furnished with two rocker recliners and swivel chairs, and a queen sized hide-a-bed. The adjoining dining room has a large table that will seat eight, plus a breakfast bar.
The gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher, disposal and all of the amenities.
Down the hall is a roomy bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a comfortable, private bedroom with a queen sized bed.
A private deck compliments the fantastic ocean views in this unit.
For large groups there is an annex with a private entrance. This provides a second master bedroom with a king sized bed, two easy chairs, and cable TV. It's spacious bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and a skylight alcove. A private viewing deck adjoins this bedroom.
Unit 8 sleeps four guests and with the annex sleeps six.

Additional Information!
Business hours are from 9 till 9 daily.
Identification is required at time of check-in.
Due to overwelming demand for our rooms, a minimum stay of 2 nights are required for the weekend (three or more days for holidays).
All units are ocean front with full ocean views.
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. A $10.00 fee applies to each additional guest . There is a 9% motel tax. Children six and under are free.
Pets are welcome at the Overlook but please, no more than two per unit. There is a nightly $10.00 per pet fee. We have a pet arrival kit with a sheet for covering the sleeping area and towels and wash cloths for those sandy paws. Small trash bags are also available to clean up after your dog, which is expected.
Firewood is provided for those units with wood burning fireplaces.
A copy of the Oregonian is also available daily.
Summer rates apply from June 16 to September 30 and holidays.
Fall Rates apply from October 1 to November 30.
Winter Rates apply from December 1 to February 28.
Spring Rates apply from March 1 to June 15.
Holidays are Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Independence Day.
Reservations are strongly recommended. A first night's deposit is required on all reservations. A Master Card, Visa, or Debit card may be used to secure your reservation. We will also accept an advance deposit in the form of a check, cash or money order.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is not cancelled within the 48 hours of scheduled arrival, one night's stay will be charged to your credit card. For holiday periods, reservations must be cancelled at least seven days before check-in to avoid the cancellation fee.
